The gentleman who manages the site was really friendly and helpful. He was flexible with arrival/departure times which helped us as we were a big group with kids. The property is in a great location and is very family friendly. Rooms well equipped and comfortable but the host provides a lack of basic amenities like toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc. The cleaning downstairs was also a little lacking. Mark was a responsive but disconnected host, passing on incorrect details for site managers and support on a couple of occasions. We also had some bikes stolen whilst we were there, no fault of the property owner and the location appeared safe but cctv would be a beneficial addition at the property as the items were locked up too. In terms of space the downstairs is ideal for larger groups for meals and socialising. Overall we had a great time but there were areas for improvement. Airbnb also double booked the property so we ended up having to deal with that with the manager.

Great location. Some of the rooms are lovely and others are more like dorms. Toilet paper should be provided. Great games room.
